Boulder County Real Estate: What Lies Ahead?
This is taken from my recent, printed, Newsletter to clients:
I am sure you have heard negative news reports regarding the status of real estate. Here are some local predictions for 2009...
1. Warmer weather will bring two things - more buyers and more inventory (Don't wait for the competition to find your dream property or to overlook your House for Sale...it's a great time for real estate in Boulder County Colorado).
2. Eager to get the ball rolling on home purchases, the lenders will be lowering interest rates (already has happened!). Historically, the interest rates have increased as we get into the buying season. Now would be a great time to refinance. (Buyers, many Sellers are now offering Buyer incentives such as Closing Costs and Interest rate Buy-Downs...ask me about RE/MAX of Boulder's Premier Buyer Properties...)
